The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a supply contract for industrial equipment.
The delivery site is located at the following address: Pépinière de Sainte-Luce, 240 2e Rang Ouest, Sainte-Luce, (Québec) G0K 1P0.
This contract begins on the date of signature and ends when all obligations of the parties have been fulfilled, no later than August 31, 2026. Goods and services are to be delivered no later than June 20, 2026, and work is to be completed by July 31, 2026.
The bid must be submitted by a supplier having, in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable government agreements, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours.
The Minister would like to draw your attention to sections 3.12 and 3.13 of the call for tenders document, which set out the supplier eligibility and bid compliance requirements for this call for tenders.
