Title : Acquisition of a Learning Management System (LMS/SGA) for CSSDM staff
Purpose of the call for tenders: In order to meet its employees' training needs, the CSSDM wishes to make a Learning Management System (LMS/SGA) available to all its staff. This system is essentially intended to disseminate the training offer to staff (online, face-to-face or hybrid training), to manage each employee's registrations, to enable approval of each employee's registration requests by his or her manager, and to track each employee's professional development.
The CSSDM wishes to retain the services of a single IT system supplier to implement and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS).
The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a contract for :
system implementation
use, hosting and maintenance of the system, as well as technical support for users and administrators.
Contract start date : The contract will come into effect on the date it is awarded by the CSSDM.
Contract duration: The overall contract is for a maximum of five years.
Given the current situation, bidders are asked to come to the CSSDM administrative center on the day of the opening. A representative of the Bureau des approvisionnements will be on hand to receive bids from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
The CSSDM will receive bids for the corresponding call for tenders by 2 p.m. on the opening date indicated. Each bid must be delivered sealed in an envelope identified by the return label included with the call for tenders or by any exact reproduction of its contents, as well as the bidder's name and address in the upper left-hand corner.
It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that the documents are deposited at 5100 Sherbrooke Street East, 1st floor, Montreal, Quebec, H1V 3R9 on the date and at the time stipulated in this call for tenders, and delivered by hand to the Procurement Office.
It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays related to access management in the context of a pandemic.
Visitor parking is available for those wishing to submit paper bids.
Tenderers may contact the person in charge for any information they may require. The CSSDM does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. Tender documents must be obtained directly and exclusively from the SÉAO.
No list of document takers will be provided by the owner.
