Electronic submission :

The City of Westmount now accepts bids submitted electronically. Bids must be submitted in PDF format as a single file on the Quebec government's official tendering site, the Système électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) https://seao.gouv.qc.ca.

Documents must be submitted in such a way that they are encrypted, transmitted, time-stamped and saved on the SEAO servers before the deadline for receipt of bids is reached for this notice. It is therefore strongly recommended that bids be submitted at least one hour before the deadline for receipt of bids.

The City Clerk's Office, located at 4333, rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Westmount (Québec) H3Z 1E2, will receive bids before 11 a.m. on the date indicated below.

Tenders will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:05 a.m. in the council chambers at the same address, for the following:

Acquisition of a full-size utility van, year 2024 or newer

The City of Westmount does not undertake to accept any of the bids received and will not incur any obligation or costs of any kind to the bidders.
