Canada - Acquisition of a corporate data storage solution and professional implementation services

Description

The Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) wishes to enter into a contract for the acquisition of a corporate data storage solution and professional implementation services. The CHUM must move all the servers hosted in the former CHUM buildings and repatriate certain servers hosted in the CrCHUM room. In preparation for this move, the CHUM must deploy a new storage infrastructure for unstructured data and migrate data from the old to the new infrastructure. This call for tenders also aims to obtain an equipment warranty extension and a technical support contract for a period of five years.
- Term: Firm 5-year contract.
The call for tenders and, consequently, the contract are subject to the following agreements:

Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOATC);
Agreement on Liberalization of Government Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB);
Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA);

The prices are firm for the duration of the contract to begin on the date indicated in the notice of award.
The CHUM does not require a bid security.
All tender documents have been posted on www.seao.ca and bidders must acquire them on this site.
Opening of bids :
In view of the current Corona virus pandemic (COVID-19) and despite what is stipulated in the "Bid opening" clause in the call for tenders documents, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION is holding a bid opening without the public, so that BIDDERS will not be able to attend in person.

The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION will capture by video the opening of the Submissions and will broadcast it, on SEAO, as soon as possible.


The closing date and time for receipt of bids is February 5, 2021 at 14:00.
The CHUM does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids, or to carry out all or part of the purpose of the call for tenders.
