Description

As part of the CPER program, the IC2MP, and more specifically the OrgaSynth team (Programmed Molecular Systems Axis), wishes to acquire a chromatographic system for automated antibody purification.
The system is designed to purify various high-molecular-weight proteins, in particular to separate native antibodies from chemically-modified antibodies (antibody conjugates), or to separate different antibody fragments from one another (Fab, Fc, Fc-Fab...). This type of purification is very complicated to achieve by ultracentrifugation, and therefore requires size exclusion chromatography (SEC), hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) and/or ion exchange.
