ACQUISITION OF VARIOUS FURNITURE FOR THE CARIGNAN SENIORS' HOME.

L'ORGANISME PUBLIC, le Centre Intégré de Santé et de Services Sociaux de la Montérégie-Centre (CISSSMC), having its head office at 3141 boulevard Taschereau, bureau 220, Greenfield Park, Québec, J4V 2H2 requests bids for the acquisition of the following equipment.

PROJECT SUMMARY

As part of the construction projects for seniors' homes, the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Centre (CISSSMC) is issuing a public call for tenders for the acquisition of various items of furniture, divided into four (4) lots, for the Carignan seniors' and alternative home:

- Lot 1: Meeting table;

- Lot 2: Lounge chair;

- Lot 3: Waiting armchair and footstool;

- Lot 4: Residential chair.

A complete description of the requirements for these types of furniture is available in the Response Form - Technical Specifications attached to the tender documents.

METHOD OF AWARD: Award by lot - Lowest price

DURATION: The Contract shall remain in force as long as the SUPPLIER has not delivered the Goods to the satisfaction of the PUBLIC BODY or there are still warranty obligations to be fulfilled.

RENEWAL: No renewal option.

TENDER GUARANTEE: No tender guarantee required.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: No performance guarantee required.

APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS: ACCQO, ALEC

RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDERS: Tenderers must obtain the documents transmitted via the SEAO. To be valid and considered, bids must be addressed to the file manager and received no later than the date and time indicated in the notice of invitation to tender. Bids submitted electronically via the SEAO are also accepted.

Bids will be opened publicly. The PUBLIC BIDDING ORGANIZATION will broadcast the bid opening live on the web. The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION will provide bidders who have purchased documents on the SEAO with an electronic Teams link to virtually attend the bid opening.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: If a Bidder wishes to ask a question or obtain clarification on any aspect of the Invitation to Tender or the Tender Documents, it must forward, in writing, its question or request for clarification to the file manager identified below. The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a Bidder if such request is sent to it less than THREE (3) working days before the closing date and time set for the receipt of Bids.
