Description

An Approach to Market (ATM) was published on 2 December 2024. This ATM is for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of transport, storage and disposal services for items and materials including, but not limited to, vaping products that have been seized by, or forfeited to, or surrendered to, the Commonwealth, state or territory governments (Seized Items) as part of, but not limited to, implementing the Australian Government’s vaping reforms. Services may also be required to support ongoing disposal needs of vaping goods required by Commonwealth, state or territory governments and to provide disposal options to individuals and consumers. The proposed panel (Panel) will be a list of Suppliers providing one or more of the three service categories (Services): (1) transport of the Seized Items, (2) storage of the Seized Items and (3) disposal of the Seized Items, to the Commonwealth of Australia, as represented by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA or Lead Customer), a part of the Department of Health and Aged Care, and other government agencies at Commonwealth, State and Territory levels (Customer).
This Notice is to supplement the current listing on AusTender which is under UNSPSC 78131800 – Specialised warehousing and storage. A secondary code for the ATM is UNSPSC 78140000 – Transport operations.
