Description
A fire protection upgrade is planned for the Upper Secondary School Center Department IV, which is located in the district of Teltow-Fläming. The so-called vocational school with a current student capacity of 408 pupils is a type building for school buildings, which was built on the state's premises in 1994. TheOSZ Division IV consists of two buildings: a two-storey main building and a one-storey side wing. The main building has a full basement and the side wing has a partial basement, and a rooftop photovoltaic system is planned for energy-efficient operation on the roof of the main school building. The area to be covered is delimited by the listed roof area of the main building. The color of the modules must not impair the aesthetic impression of the building according to the specifications of the monument protection authority and is planned in terracotta red to match the red roof tiles. The PV modules are planned in the middle of the east and west sides of the main house roof, with the necessary inverters and buffer storage planned in the attic of the main house. 60 kWp of power is generated with a collector area of 299.7 m². Two inverters with an output of 30 kWp each are planned. Excess energy can be stored in a buffer tank with a capacity of up to 33.6 kWh. The planned PV system has a degree of self-sufficiency of 59.7%.
