FILE #: 9303-24-0203 - Carry out track dismantling and culvert reconstruction work for the Quebec Central Railway, between Thetford Mines and Tring-Jonction, in various municipalities, various MRCs, Beauce-Nord electoral district.

Only bids submitted by tenderers with an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements will be considered.

The estimated value of the contract is between $1 million and $10 million.

This contract will not be awarded to a contractor unless it provides, no later than the signing of the contract, an ISO Quality Management System registration certificate (or attestation of certification), issued by a registrar accredited by the Standards Council of Canada or by an accreditation body recognized by it.
