Description
The ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable hereby calls for tenders for the purpose of awarding a standing contract for the rental of an unmanned hydraulic crawler excavator, all in accordance with the specifications, standards and requirements contained in the tender documents. Tender documents are available only through the SEAO electronic system. Interested suppliers must send their bids to the following address QUÉBEC Tender Receiving Counter Direction générale de l'expertise contractuelle Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable 700, boul. René-Lévesque Est, 2nd floor Québec (QC) G1R 4Y9 The deadline for receipt and opening of bids is indicated in Appendix 1 of this document. Bids will be opened at the Quebec City Tender Room, 2nd floor, room 2.51 at the above address. The Ministère reserves the right not to accept any of the bids received, in particular when it deems that the prices submitted are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
