E-Bidding BEPA: STR-MD-UT: Construction of Green Street Median stormwater management systems that capture and transport street stormwater runoff into bioretention and fully open bottom/ perforated Subsurface Green Infrastructure to reduce combined sewer overflow which impairs water quality and causes flooding at Union Turnpike.
