The Department of Human Services (“DHS”) requires a Contractor to provide a minimumof two qualified Utility Plant Operators (“UPOs”) to supplement South MountainRestoration Center’s (“SMRC” or “Facility”) current employees, located at 10058 SouthMountain Road, South Mountain, Pennsylvania, 17261 to maintain the SMRC Utility Plantin a manner which provides continuous hot water to the hospital and other buildings locatedat SMRC.Electronic Bidding Procedures for vendors has been attached for reference.
