Description

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for Internati onal Development Mission to Jordan (USAID/Jordan) is seeking proposals from qualified Jordanian Architect-Engineer (A-E) Consulting Firms classified as Class 1A by the Government of Jordan (GOJ) interested in implementing the USAID Water Engineering Services (WES II) activity in Jordan, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
This acquisition for A-E services is being procured in accordance with 40 U.S.C. 1101, as implemented through Subpart 36.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Subpart 736.6 of the USAID Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR). USAID/Jordan contemplates awarding an A-E Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) - Term type contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the US Government. The anticipated period of performance of this activity is five (5) years. USAID estimates that up to thirty three thousand and six hundred ninety (33,700) Full-Time-Equivalent persons-days level of effort of technical and professional personnel will be required for implementation of this contract. Offerors should submit proposals they believe are realistic and reasonable for the work described in the RFQ.
