Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and no other solicitation document will be issued.
Contractors shall provide a quote for Parking. This in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW).
For Period including:
Base Period 01 December, 2024 – 30 September, 2025 (Base)
Option Period One 01 October, 2025 – 30 September, 2026 (option year 1)
Option Period Two 01 October, 2026 – 30 September, 2027 (option year 2)
Option Period Three 01 October, 2027 – 30 September, 2028 (option Year 3)
Option Period Four 01 October, 2028 – 30 September, 2029 (option Year 4)
Service is needed for the following locations:
423 Canal St., New Orleans, LA 70130.
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable.

Evaluation Process: Lowest Price.
The lowest price quote will be evaluated on lowest price. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated.
52.237-1: Site visit
Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
