CONTRACT DESCRIPTION: Contract, further to the Notice of Qualification MTMD-2023-ENV, in accordance with the list in effect at the time of bid submission, for environmental site characterization studies on Route 138, in the town of Baie-Comeau, Manicouagan RCM, electoral district of René-Lévesque.
