The solicitation close date is hereby extended to 31 OCT 2024.

The purpose of this amendment is to remove clause WSSTERMHZ07 from solicitation N00383-24-R-T450.

This solicitation a small business set aside (SBSA) for a spares procurement of a commercial off the shelf (COTS) item for the P8 aircraft.
This solicitation will be using competitive procedures.
This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest pricetechnically acceptable (LPTA) submitted via quote.
The quotes may be emailed to the below address and must be received by 04:30PMEST on the closing date, listed in block 9 on page 1 of this Standard Form 33.
Offers received after the closing date are considered to be late and will notbe considered for award.
This requirement can only be procured from small business suppliers whoprovide Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-Certified parts which possess anFAA Authorized Released Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag,from certified repair stations pursuant
to 14 CFR Part 145.
All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement areconsidered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or
sent by other electronic commercemethods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor'sproposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents asdetailed herein.
