Description
VJH (Vernon Jubilee Hospital) Heat Recovery Chiller project located in Vernon, BC, will include the addition of a Heat Recovery Chiller and high efficiency Electronically Communicated (EC) fan wall in the facility’s south tower penthouse mechanical room to support the province’s ongoing initiatives to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. The Services are expected to commence by January 2025 with construction estimated to complete by May 2026.The Project Construction Delivery for this project will be done by the P3 Service Provider: Black & McDonald with a budget of $2,991,000.00For the purposes of this procurement process, all enquiries must be made via Bids & Tenders.
