Description
Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for a new commercially available National Point of Sale Software Solution (NPSSS) for approximately 250 Parks Canada visitor facilities across Canada. The scope of this project includes access to a SaaS Solution, implementation and ongoing support services for the Solution, optional Professional IT Services and Training Services. The NPSSS must: · Deliver a SaaS model Point of Sale (POS) Solution; · Facilitate a standardized and streamlined experience for visitors at facilities; · Provide a stable and robust NPSSS for PCA site supervisors to facilitate a standardized and streamlined process to effectively manage and oversee transactions at their facilities; · Provide a modern Solution that will support PCA’s data capture and reporting requirements to effectively support financial management and corporate decision making; and · Provide a flexible Solution that allows for some configuration of features and functionalities to reflect the diverse requirements of individual PCA Locations’ programs, service offerings, and operating environments.
