Description
Article 1. These Bidding Terms and Conditions regulate the call for public proposal, and the contract to be formalized through the issuance of the Purchase Order and its acceptance by the supplier for the "ACQUISITION OF GAS EQUIPMENT FOR THE FEEDING CENTER OF THE VALPARAISO PENITENTIARY COMPLEX", in accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of the D.S. H N° 250, of 2004, which establishes the Regulations of Law N° 19.886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for Supply and Services; in accordance with the requirements established by Gendarmería de Chile, which, at national level and with the required technical characteristics, are not included in any framework agreement.
