Description
The objective of this Proposal is the Purchase of Medical Shift Hours Service for Doctors in Training and Specialists of the Adult Critical Patient Unit for ICU, Medical ICU and third floor UPC, of the Hospital Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena, in order to support professionals in the high clinical demand, since there are not enough doctors to cover the care of critical patients, and therefore its resolution, considering its resolution. The respective contract shall be subject to the provisions of Decree with Force of Law No. 36 of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its amendments introduced by Law No. 18,417, only with respect to the health care providers that perform the health actions that they are responsible for executing. In this sense, the Health Care Provider shall be obliged to provide on behalf of and in the name of the Hospital, and by means of delegation, as required by article 2, paragraph 1 of DFL 3680 to the Beneficiaries of the Health Care Benefits Regime of Law Nº 18.469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or rehabilitation of health that are hereby tendered.
