Description

NOTICEThis Notice of Planned Procurement informs potential respondents that the City of Nanaimo intends to issue a Request for Pre-Qualification June  2025, to provide Upfitting for Municipal Vehicles. If an interested Respondent would like an opportunity to submit a proposal for evaluation to be considered for inclusion on the Pre-Qualification List before the annual intake date. In that case, they are encouraged to contact the City at Procurement@nanaimo.ca, and the City will issue an RFPQ to onboard the Respondent. Respondents may request inclusion on the multi-use list at any time.    REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: The City is seeking Qualified Suppliers with experience providing professional upfitting for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, including cab and chassis, for various wheelbases, on an as, if and when requested basis.
