The city administration of Trier operates a telephone system network from Alcatel with currently approx. 2,200 connections maintained by qualified personnel. The telecommunications network uses 3 x OmniPCX Enterprise, Omnivista 8770 and OpenTouch Multimedia Services. The city administration of Trier is looking for a partner for the next 5 years who will offer German-speaking third level support, software maintenance and subscription, supply license and hardware extensions if required and do so within specified response times.
Eligible to participate are accredited business partners 2024 "Communications Expert" of the company Alcatel (presentation of certification) who can provide at least 2 references in the public-law municipal environment.
