Description
This Request for Standing Agreement (“RFSA”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”), on behalf of le Conseil des écoles catholiques de Centre-Est (CECCE), le Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO), the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB), and itself, collectively referred to as the “Purchaser”, is seeking a core list / units cost along with discount off catalogue and website list prices for the supply and delivery of first aid supplies on a standing agreement “as and when required” basis. Annual purchases of first aid supplies for the four (4) Boards is in the region of $80,000 - with participation from approximately three hundred and twenty (320) sites with approximately 150,000 students. This amount is not representative of any guaranteed future volume of business and is provided for information only. The payment for the goods provided under the contract shall be based on the actual quantity of goods ordered and received, pursuant to the contract. Although the Ottawa Carleton District School Board is coordinating this RFSA, purchasing commitments will be made by each Board by means of individually issued purchase orders or written releases.
