SERVICE PROVIDERS ELIGIBLE TO BID
Only qualified service providers with an establishment in Quebec or in the territories covered by the applicable agreements are eligible to submit bids.
BID SECURITY IN THE AMOUNT OF :
Equivalent to 10% of the bid amount if the guarantee is in the form of a bond and equivalent to 5% of the bid amount, if the guarantee is in another form (a certified cheque, a money order, a draft, an irrevocable letter of guarantee).
THE MINISTRY DOES NOT UNDERTAKE TO ACCEPT ANY OF THE BIDS RECEIVED, EVEN THE LOWEST COMPLIANT BID.
