The Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs (MELCCFP) is seeking bids for environmental remediation work in the area of the temporary storage cells under MELCCFP custody in Mascouche.

SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on October 22, 2024. Only bids submitted by bidders who have participated in this visit will be declared eligible.
To participate in this visit, please confirm your presence to the MELCCFP representative before October 21, 2024 at 12 p.m. in order to have access to the site. The bidder must e-mail the MELCCFP representative the name of the representative (maximum of two (2) people) to obtain authorization to access the site. Following this visit, the bidder will receive a certificate of attendance. This accreditation must be submitted with the bid. If no bidder confirms his presence, the visit will be cancelled.
RECEIPT AND OPENING OF BIDS
Bids for this invitation to tender must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on December 3, 2024.

CONTRACTORS ELIGIBLE TO BID

THE MINISTRY DOES NOT UNDERTAKE TO ACCEPT ANY OF THE BIDS RECEIVED, EVEN THE LOWEST COMPLIANT BID.
