Description
This project involves the supply of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal and disposal of approximately ± 78,094 square feet of existing vinyl flooring and installation of True North Commercial Luxury Vinyl Flooring, 2.5 Elite, Colour: Aged Stirling #2111, at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge located at 1900 Montreal Road as per the specifications herein. A floor plan has been posted to the City website at https://cornwall.bidsandtenders.ca and can be downloaded. Mandatory Site VisitA mandatory site visit has been organized during which pertinent questions regarding this tender will be addressed and bidders may inspect the site and associated equipment. Tenders shall not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the mandatory site meeting. Bids shall not be accepted from bidders who arrive late at this site meeting or leave prior to the closing of the meeting.
