Description
The Corporation is seeking to conduct a comprehensive sediment monitoring program of the Lions Gate Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) (the “Services”). The successful proponent will conduct sampling in Burrard Inlet at established sediment sample stations in the Lions Gate Study area. The primary tasks include sample collection and analysis, data analysis and interpretation, and reporting for the 2025 program conducted under pre-freshet conditions in late March/early April, all as further described in Section 00 24 10 – Scope of Services. The purpose of the Services is to assess possible effects, if any, of the Lions Gate Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) outfall discharge on sediment quality.The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the Corporation to enter into a consulting services agreement (an “Agreement”) with one or more successful proponent for the Services.
