Supply of juices and beverages, including loan and maintenance of equipment needed to distribute products to Quebec casinos and gaming halls.
Closing date: November 21, 2024, 2 p.m. local time
The Société des casinos du Québec inc, doing business under the name Resto-Casino (hereinafter referred to as "SCQ"), wishes to receive proposals for the supply of fruit juices and beverages, including maintenance and the loan of equipment required for product distribution, for the casinos in Montreal, Charlevoix, Lac-Leamy and Mont-Tremblant, as well as the gaming lounges in Quebec City and Trois-Rivières.

Proposals received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
To be eligible to submit a proposal, the proposer must meet the following criteria, failing which the proposal will be automatically rejected:
§ Have obtained the call for proposals document via the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system "SEAO";
§ Have an establishment in Quebec where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours;
§ Hold a valid Attestation from Revenu Québec, which must not have been issued after the closing date and time of this call for proposals. If the applicant does not hold such an attestation, he/she must provide the "Absence of Establishment in Quebec" form attached to Section C - "Proposal Form" of this document, if he/she does not have an establishment in Quebec where he/she carries out his/her activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his/her name and accessible during normal business hours;
§ Not be registered in the Register of Companies Not Eligible for Public Contracts (RENA);
§ Have at least three (3) years' experience in supplying fruit juices and beverages as of the date of submission of proposals. In this regard, the SCQ may consider the experience of a subsidiary of the proposer, its parent company or a company resulting from the merger of the proposer, one of its subsidiaries or its parent company.
The SCQ will hold an optional information session on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Casino de Montréal and on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Casino du Lac-Leamy. The Charlevoix and Mont-Tremblant casinos will not be visited. Proposers wishing to attend must confirm their attendance with Juliane Richard-Dussault by e-mail at juliane.richard-dussault@loto-quebec.com.
The SCQ does not undertake to accept the lowest or any other proposal received, and will retain the proposal that best meets its needs.
