Description
The Corporation is seeking to conduct Acoustic Doppler Current Profile (ADCP) measurements in the Fraser River (the “Services”). The successful proponent will compile and analyze data from a variety of sources into a comprehensive report.The purpose of the Services is to better characterize the flow field and effluent plume behavior in the near-field and far-field areas of the new Stage V outfall at the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (AIWWTP). This information will support the 2025 Rhodamine Dye Study at the AIWWTP. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the Corporation to enter into a consulting services agreement (an “Agreement”) with the successful proponent for the Services.
