Description

EPCOR requires additional resources for upcoming projects and therefore intends to execute Master Service Agreements with Multiple Proponents.  The anticipated additional future resources may include Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators, Schedulers and or Document Control Administrators.  The Successful Proponent(s) will enter in a Contract that prequalifies the Proponent to submit proposals to provide appropriate resources in response to the EPCOR-issued request for Work. These individuals will have relevant experience in utility construction programs with an emphasis on the safe, efficient delivery of life cycle replacement projects in existing energized substations. The Successful Proponent(s) will be accountable for all aspects of project delivery from project inception through to close out, including: cost and schedule monitoring, scheduling crews and resources, contract management, HSE reporting, quality management, coordinating regulatory deliverables and records management.  NOTE:  Successful proponents will be added to existing Master Service Agreements awarded as a result of RFP 203250 which were awarded approximately August of 2021.  If you were successful on this process you do not need to bid again, as this would result in a duplication of agreements for the same services.  If you are unsure, please ask the EPCOR Procurement Contact.
