Forestry Innovation Investment Ltd. (FII) is pleased to announce that the 2025/26 Wood First (WF) Program Call for Proposals is now open through January 15, 2025, at 17:00 Pacific Time. FII's WF Program focuses on creating a culture of wood use in the province by promoting and supporting innovation in manufacturing and increased use of wood in building design and construction. All applicants are strongly encouraged to read the Wood First Application Guide, the Wood First 2025/26 Investment Plan, the Wood First 3-Year Strategy and other resources FII's website at bcfii.ca/cfp.All applications for funding to FII must be made through are online funding management system (FMS) by 17:00 PST on January 15, 2025. Late funding requests will not be accepted. More information is available on FII's website at bcfii.ca/cfp.FII reserves the right to modify the terms of this Call for Proposals at its sole discretion. This includes the right to cancel this Call for Proposals at any time prior to entering into a contract with successful applicants. This Call for Proposals should not be construed as an agreement to purchase goods or services, or to provide project funding. FII is not bound to enter into a Recipient Agreement with the applicant who submits the lowest priced proposal, nor with any applicant. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Call for Proposals, FII may cancel, modify or amend this Call for Proposals.
