The Contract shall contain an option to extend the Term for an additional two years, at the Regional District’s sole discretion and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on pricing and conditions. Should all extension options be executed, this shall allow for a potential total Contract Term of 5 years.Service Locations are split into the following ‘Zones’ in order to group service areas together.
