Description
The Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie is seeking proposals from qualified engineering and consulting firms for the completion of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Risk Assessment and preparation of a Record of Site Condition (RSC) on a Sault Ste. Marie property known as the Gateway Site. The Phase II ESA will lead to the identification of remedial options and risk management measures to support future land development and/or property sale.
