Description
This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Condition Assessment and Asset Management Plan for Waste Management Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). It is the intention of the Niagara Region to retain a qualified firm to update our Asset Management (AM) Plan for various types of assets at open and closed landfill sites within the Niagara region. The scope of work outlined in this RFP will require experience and qualifications relevant to the Deliverables.Please refer to Appendix B – RFP Particulars for a detailed description of the Deliverables, material disclosures and mandatory requirements.
