This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne to prospective bidders to submit bids for Equipment Rental Rates with Operator(s) on behalf of the NPPC, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).The participating NPPC Agencies committed at this time for this ITT are listed below:City of Port ColborneCity of Niagara FallsCity of St. CatharinesCity of WellandNiagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA)The Regional Municipality of NiagaraThe Niagara Parks CommissionTown of LincolnTown of Niagara-on-the-LakeTown of PelhamAppendix D – Co-operative Information identifies member Agencies of the NPPC that may opt to join this contract at any time upon expiry of their current contracts.  This decision to join will be at each Agency’s sole discretion.Bidders who are currently under contract to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the City or other NPPC agencies must also respond to this ITT to be considered for future work assignments.
