September 23, 2024NOTICE OF END-USER COMPUTING PRODUCTS AND RELATED SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #2024-461 POSTED ON OTPPlease note this is not an RFP. No RFP is attached.OECM, a collaborative sourcing organization, has issued a non-binding Request for Proposals (“RFP”), as noted above on the Ontario Tenders Portal (“OTP”).There are numerous benefits for doing business with OECM. Refer to our website at https://oecm.ca/suppliers for more information.The RFP is an invitation to obtain Proposals from qualified Proponents for End-User Computing Products and Related Services. Proposals must be from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) or an Authorized Reseller as further described in the RFP.The Products and Services are in two (2) Categories:(a) Category A – Enterprise Information Technology (“IT”) Products and Related Services; and,(b) Category B – Apple Inc. (“Apple”) Products and Related Services.The Proponent may submit a Proposal for one (1) or both Categories. Each Category will be evaluated in seven (7) stages, scored, and awarded independently.The objective of the RFP is to award Master Agreements for the provision of End-User Computing Products and Related Services for OECM Customers to use on an as-and-when required basis as follows:(a) With one (1) or more Suppliers representing different OEMs for proposed Mobile Computing, Desktop Computing, Server, and Storage Products in Category A – Enterprise IT Products and Related Services. An OEM may have one (1) or more business units; and,(b) With one (1) or more Suppliers for Category B – Apple Inc.
