Description
Tenders are invited for the cleaning of the glass and frame surfaces in the property at Feuerwache 3, Lange-Feld-Str. 113, 30559 Hannover. The contract term is four years, from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2028, with the option of two extensions until 31.12.2030. Glass cleaning without frames is to be carried out once a year and glass and frame cleaning once in the first four years of the contract term. The employee who will be responsible for looking after the tendered property must provide proof of training in the building cleaning trade. To this end, a self-declaration must be submitted when the tender is submitted and proof of qualification must be provided by means of a certificate or similar when the contract is awarded. As this is a building with some special features, participation in an inspection is mandatory. Annex 19_Annex_Inspection must be observed!
