Description

The work includes the installation of an extensive cable infrastructure as well as work on the telephone system and the data distribution cabinets.
The fire alarm system is also being rebuilt. The extension will be monitored together with the adjacent existing building.
Furthermore, the electro-acoustic system of the existing building is to be adapted. This requires work on the control center as well as the new installation of additional devices, cables and loudspeakers.
The specifications consist of Title 01 Telecommunications systems and Title 02 General.
The construction work to be carried out in Title 01 Telecommunications systems focuses on the areas of fire alarm systems, transmission networks and data technology - distribution cabinets.
The construction services to be provided in Title 02 General focus on the areas of Miscellaneous and Commissioning and Documentation.
The construction project is divided into the following construction phases:
2nd construction phase from 01.07.2025 to 30.09.2025: construction of the necessary line networks and connection to the control centers established in the 1st construction phase.
