The purpose of this amendment is to increase the quantity by 02 units; from 03 units total to 05 units total.
NAVSUP WSS is requesting that when submitting a quote or an updated quote to include the additional 02 units, contractor(s) sign and return this amendment to include pricing for this additional quantity of 02 units.
The offer due date remains 04 DEC 2024, 04:30 PM EST.

This amendment is to clarify the evaluation criteria in solicitation N0038324QT543, as follows:
"The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible, technically acceptable and responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, represents best value to the Government. The offeror's proposal shall be in the form
prescribed by, and shall contain a response to each of the areas identified in the Section L solicitation provision entitled "Submission of Offers for Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable Offers". Only those proposals prepared in accordance with the solicitation
will be evaluated. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding administrative costs, it is in the Government's best interest to do so. The Government will first evaluate the non-price go/no go factors. The
non-price evaluation factor is Past Performance. The non-price factors will be rated as either acceptable or unacceptable based on the solicitation criteria. The contractor must achieve an acceptable rating in past performance or it will be removed from
competition."

The purpose of this amendment is to remove clause WSSTERMMZ01 from solicitation N0038324QT543.

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. Clauses WSSTERMLZ10 and WSSTERMFZ05 are hereby added to solicitation N0038324QT543.
2. Clarify that this solicitation for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) spares procurement of a commercial off the shelf (COTS) item for the P8 aircraft. This This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with
the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) submitted via quote.
3. This requirement can be procured from aircraft prime, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), or any supplier that can provide Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-Certified parts which possess an FAA Authorized Released Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy
Approval Tag.
4. The solicitation close date is hereby extended to 04 DEC 2024. Offers received after the closing date are considered to be late and will not be considered for award.
