Description

The city of Pinneberg is planning a separate new extension to the existing school building for the Rübekamp elementary school in Pinneberg. Existing residential buildings owned by the town of Pinneberg will be demolished in order to construct the new building. The new building will be constructed as a separate 2-storey building without a basement on Schauenburgerstrasse with an internal patio (inner courtyard) in solid construction. The exterior walls will have a multi-layered wall structure with a clinker brick facing and a continuous horizontal pilaster strip. The sustainable building design is based on the motto "School is a role model", which is why sustainable materials are also used and the planned flat roof is greened. The federal guidelines for sustainable building must be observed.
The service includes all tiling work for the listed construction project. All floor tiles in various formats and wall tiles are to be executed. The areas to be tiled are stairwells, sanitary areas, kitchen areas and general classrooms. The entire building is predominantly equipped with underfloor heating. Access to the construction site will be via Schauenburgerstraße, via the existing parking area of the Rübekamp sports hall. The elementary school will continue to operate during the entire construction period. If necessary, arrangements may be made in individual cases for work to be carried out while the school is in session.
