Description
The City is seeking a collaborative General Contractor for various facilities projects. Primarily involving retrofits, these projects will be on an as-needed basis and may include, but are not limited to, the following City-owned buildings and facilities:• Pools• Ice Rinks• Utility buildings• Administrative buildings• Community buildings• Police and fire stations• Museums• Libraries• Heritage buildings• Leased residential and commercial buildingsThe construction budget is projected to be up to $25,000,000 over the five-year term, subject to annual approval by the council.
