Council Chamber Audio-Visual Technology Modernization RFP The Corporation of the City of Timmins (the “City”) has identified a need to refresh its audio-video technology and related integration within the Council Chambers located on the top floor of City Hall @ 220 Algonquin Blvd. E. – Timmins, ON – P4N 1B3; this facility serves as City Council’s primary meeting location as well as serving as the meeting place for Ontario Provincial Court and various other events for the Corporation and the community of Timmins. The deliverable from this RFP process will be a response that articulates the software & hardware configuration(s), detailed implementation plan and costs to accomplish the complete refresh of our Council Chamber environment to meet the requirements of the City and its stakeholders
