By the present notice, the Centre de services scolaires de Montréal (CSSDM) invites bids for the following call for tenders:

Site visit: November 12, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond representing 10% of the total cost of the bid, including applicable taxes, in favour of the Centre de services scolaires. This bid security must be presented in one of the following forms:
An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a financial institution

Given the current situation, bidders wishing to submit a paper bid are asked to come to the CSSDM administrative center on the day of the opening. A representative of the Procurement Office will be on hand to receive bids from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
The CSSDM will receive bids for the corresponding call for tenders by 2 p.m. on the opening date indicated. Each paper bid must be delivered sealed in an envelope marked with the return label included with the call for tenders
or any exact reproduction of its contents, with the bidder's name and address in the upper left-hand corner. Electronic bids may only be submitted via the SEAO.
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the documents are deposited at 5100 Sherbrooke Street East, 1st floor, Montreal, Quebec, H1V 3R9 on the date and at the time stipulated in this call for tenders, and delivered by hand to the Procurement Office.
