Objective from the department/application conditions:
The TI/TIB151 division is planning a new procurement (leasing) of a long minibus/transporter with special fittings.
Function/purpose: Service and field service vehicle for carrying out fault clearance and standby work on electro-acoustic systems (ELA), train destination indicators (ZZA), coupling coils and clocks of ÜSTRA
Vehicle deployment: maintenance and fault clearance service up to 12 hours/day, on-call service up to 24/7 hours/day. Also on construction sites and unpaved roads
Average mileage/
day: 10 ? up to 250 km/route, with operation of the heating/air conditioning system
Mileage/year: approx. 10,000 km (basis for calculation)

Urban area and Hanover region
2.0 Criteria for the submission of tenders
Only new vehicles (registration for Germany, according to the current StVZO) are to be offered.
ÜSTRA is successively electrifying its vehicle fleet. For this reason, the focus is on the CO2 emission evaluation in addition to the price.
