Description
The purpose of the contract, to which this document refers, is to establish an
homologation of suppliers for the supply of the products described in the following lots defined by families of goods, necessary for the proper functioning of those areas of the ski resort managed by CETURSA. In accordance with the provisions of Article 321 of the LCSP and to ensure compliance with the principles of publicity, concurrence, transparency, confidentiality, equality and non-discrimination among potential bidders, this approval process is open to all suppliers who can provide us with the products and services demanded, selecting the supplier through a detailed bid request for each need, sent to all official approved distributors of the brands at the time of the generation of the same. Tender amount (VAT excluded) : 17.472.153,00€.
