Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Cobourg (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Master Servicing Plan to expand Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) No. 1 and optimize sewage pumping configurations at the Lakeview/Forth St. SPS (Sanitary Pump Station) and Monk’s Cove SPS as further described in the RFP Particulars section.
