Description
The Department for Business and Trade team based in Saudi Arabia, in coordination with the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Investment (MISA) will help you understand how the new Regional Headquarters programme (RHQ) initiative can increase your presence in this market.
The RHQ is for companies that want to primarily work with the government sector in Saudi Arabia. The programme is open to multinational companies who have a presence (either through subsidiaries or branches) in at least two other countries outside of their UK headquarters and Saudi Arabia.
The webinar will be presented by Senior Director from MISA.

Alhassan M. Hamidaldin
Attraction Director - Regional Headquarters programme, Ministry of Investment, Saudi Arabia
Alhassan has been working with MISA for the last 2 years. He has over 17 years experience in the private sector mainly in Oil & Gas with Schlumberger in different disciplines (his roles included Field Engineer, Field Service Manager, Sales Manager, Global Trainer, Operations Manager).
When joining MISA, Alhassan handled the local offices team, which helped in strengthening the ties between attraction and development of investments. For the last 9 months, Alhassan has been assigned to the Regional Headquarters programme (RHQ) where he has managed to approach companies, support the companies in their queries and help them embark them in on the RHQ programme. Alhassan continues to be involved with the continuous development and the evolvement of the RHQ programme.
Omar K. Alnefisi

Currently Omar is serving as the Strategic Partnership Director at the Ministry of Investment's Regional Headquarters programme, as he is responsible for creating and fostering new partnership opportunities with both the Government and Private sectors.

Farooq has over 25 years of experience in business development with international organisations in different industries in Saudi Arabia.
Farooq is currently with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) based at the British Embassy in Riyadh, part of the Saudi Infrastructure Cluster. He works closely with his colleagues within the wider DBT network to support UK companies in the Saudi market by introducing them to the right clients, mainly covering the Giga-Mega projects, Construction, Water/Waste Water Management/Railways/Metros and Airports sectors.
