Taleed is Aramco’s program to create, sustain and grow local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to drive economic impact and commercial opportunities in the Kingdom.
The UK’s Department for Business and Trade in Saudi Arabia, in coordination with Aramco Taleed Program, would like to invite you to join for an insightful webinar to understand how UK companies can contribute to and benefit from opportunities around Aramco’s SME Ecosystem.

Speakers
Yousif Al Ghamdi
Director, SME Development (Taleed) Department, Saudi Aramco
Yousif is the Director of Taleed (Aramco’s SME Development Program). He is in charge of Aramco’s contribution to the local SME economic impact and job creation.
Prior to that, he held multiple leadership positions in Aramco across Engineering, Project Management, and National Champions organizations, including his role as head of Aramco’s Corporate Innovation and Technology Deployment Programmes. He is a Board Member of the National Entrepreneurship Institute (Riyadah).
He has degrees in Civil Engineering and has completed several leadership programs from London Business Schools, Stanford, and others.
Nadeem Khan
Senior Business Development Manager, SME Development (Taleed) Department, Saudi Aramco
Nadeem is a seasoned business development leader with over 25 years of experience in driving growth and innovation across diverse industries. He is currently responsible for identifying new business development opportunities for the Maritime industry driving new investments around Aramco ecosystem.
He has an extensive experience in satellite and space industry serving land, maritime and aviation markets, have established number of ventures and worked for FTSE100 companies in London and Dubai prior to that.
Rahul Notani
Senior Business Development Manager, SME Development (Taleed) Department, Saudi Aramco
Rahul is responsible for leading business development efforts in downstream conversion industries executing investments at Saudi Arabia’s first lubricants value park being set up in Yanbu. He is responsible for fostering new partnerships and collaborates with government and non-government stakeholders including Aramco’s affiliates, the feedstock provider to these investment opportunities.
Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, PhD
Senior Business Development Manager, SME Development (Taleed) Department, Saudi Aramco
Abdulrahman is responsible for leading business development efforts within non-metallic industry, specializes in conducting market analysis and developing investment plans new investments in the Kingdom.
Rami Abdulla
Senior Business Development Manager, SME Development (Taleed) Department, Saudi Aramco
Rami is responsible for leading business development activities in downstream conversion industries through identifying market gaps, facilitating communication between potential investors and local authorities and assisting in the development of localization plans. Rami is an experienced investment and business development leader with rich experience in private equity and venture capital investments.
Mohammed K. Alburaidi
Business Development Analyst, SMEs Development (Taleed) Department, Saudi Aramco
Currently Mohammed is serving as a business analyst in Taleed origination unit, he is responsible for conducting feasibility studies, due diligence for local and international Small Medium Enterprises, and value chain analysis to identify new opportunities across variety of sectors.
Fiona Hollaway
Head of Business Engagement, British Embassy Riyadh
Fiona is responsible for the sector clusters in the British Embassy Riyadh, Business Engagement and the delivery of the GREAT Futures campaign for the Department for Business and Trade. Fiona’s background is in clean energy technology, recently heading the departments Energy Transition team in London and previously leading on embedding Clean Growth across the UK economy and international markets. She has been in DBT for 7 years. Before that she read History and Politics at the University of Southampton and Climate Change Policy at Kings College London.
Mariam Mujtaba
Senior Energy Sector Lead, British Embassy Riyadh
Mariam has a Masters degree in Environmental Sciences with 15 years of diverse work experience in the GCC region, especially the Saudi Arabian market.
She is currently working as the Senior Energy Transition Advisor for the UK Department for International Trade at the British Embassy in Riyadh, where she strives to foster commercial partnerships under the umbrella of the UK-KSA Clean Energy Cooperation. She is an expert in ESG consultancy, energy transition technologies and G2B advisory related to energy efficiency. Her focus areas are Renewable Energy, Sustainable Chemicals, CCUS, Hydrogen, Energy Efficiency, Synthetic Fuels and Critical Minerals.
Hazna Dibu
International Markets Adviser, British Embassy Riyadh
Hazna is an International Markets Adviser at the British Embassy in Riyadh, where she supports UK SMEs in expanding into the Middle East and Pakistan. With a Master's degree in Computer Applications and over 14 years of experience with the British Council, she has expertise in education, exams delivery, and training.
Hazna possesses extensive knowledge of various sectors in the MEaP region, particularly in Saudi Arabia's construction and energy industries. She collaborates closely with Sector Leads and the Export Services team. Passionate about UK-MEaP business development, she has built a robust network in the region and is well-versed in business incorporation processes.
Adrian Howe

Adrian has been a part of the UK Government / HM Forces for over the last 30 years, and has worked and operated all around the globe, championing equality, encouraging international cultural working links and relationships, whilst being a key advocate for the United Kingdom, and its business and exports.
