LUSH, the fresh, handmade cosmetics company, will be sharing their vision of "Leaving the world Lusher than we found it". The session will explore their approach to environmental and social regeneration through their sourcing strategies, with a specific focus on natural materials. It will also include unique insights into how they apply the concept of ‘regeneration’ to packaging and the ways innovations in AI Technology can support their goal of creating a cosmetic revolution.

Gabbi Loedolff
Global Buying Coordinator, LUSH
Gabbi is part of the Creative Buying team with a focus on Raw Materials and Packaging. Alongside coordinating the global Buying teams, she manages the African Sourcing Hub, developing projects and partnerships to deliver key raw materials with regenerative agriculture principles, food security and localised value addition at their core. Gabbi has extensive experience in Sourcing, Retail and Charitable Giving with a grassroots focus.
Howard Mitchell
Packaging Technologist, LUSH
Howard is the Packaging Technologist at LUSH Cosmetics in the UK. He is involved in the design and development of new packaging products, materials and manufacturing technologies that are in line with LUSH’s core values of environmental and social regeneration, as well as providing global technical support for the company’s international Buying Team.
Adam Goswell
Technology R&D, LUSH
Adam leads technology research and development at LUSH. He’s at the forefront of innovating the company’s approach to tech, and is currently heading up the development of new tools using AI, machine learning and augmented reality. Most recently, this has included developing AI technology to help remove packaging from cosmetics.
