Steven's team is specialised in guiding sellers in their export journey, identifying promising export opportunities and getting the most out of your existing listings. Ireland is one of our best performing export destinations and the team has ongoing projects and investments to make Amazon the best destination for Irish customers.
Michael Irwin
Director of International Products & Programmes, Royal Mail
Michael has more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of senior distribution and logistics roles focused on both the domestic UK and more recently the global e-commerce market. Having worked in commercial change management, sales enablement, and product management and development he is focused on championing the needs of customers, continuously improving Royal Mail Group’s market proposition, and ensuring that products are as easy to buy as possible for customers.
He is currently Royal Mail’s Director of International Products & Programmes, accountable for managing and improving all Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide export and import products and services and making customers’ experiences of buying their services as smooth as possible.
Mark Halvey
Market Access Adviser, Department for Business and Trade (DBT), Ireland
Mark works on market access and trade policy at the British Embassy in Dublin. Mark has been working to assist UK exporters navigate the new trading environment and develop new opportunities with Ireland over the last two years. Mark has extensive experience from private industry having previously held marketing and export roles working in Irish, European and Australian markets.
